Position Description:

Senior Experience Designers work as a part of multidisciplinary agile teams that advance digital transformation and produce successful client outcomes while adhering to corporate objectives. You will collaborate with people who share your commitment to creating the best investor experience, including UX researchers, UX content designers, Product Owners, and Developers. Along the route to execution, you can participate in decisions about priorities, planning, and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• experiences across all of our many digital channels, including web and mobile, are designed and optimized.
• creates experience design artifacts, such as personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, to inform solutions.
• when working with product owners and engineers to create roadmaps, collect requirements, and organize the work, advocates for the users’ point of view.
• use brand assets and a company-wide design system to keep a consistent image throughout all touch points.
• adheres to the principles of user-centered design while staying up to date with current digital trends and best practices.
• leads and takes part in a variety of user research projects, such as surveys, usability tests, interviews, and analytics. combines comments and offers strategic design guidance based on findings.
• leads prototyping and ideation workshops to investigate and test concepts.
• helps the firm achieve its objectives of expanding the use of our design system artifacts, improving accessibility, and implementing inclusive design principles.
• actively involves internal stakeholders, such as legal and compliance staff, to obtain a thorough understanding of how goods function in order to give customers clear, accurate experiences that also adhere to legal standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of college
• 5+ years of experience in digital design
• Portfolio of works with illustrations of delivered digital goods
• experience with user experience research
• outstanding abilities in both presentation and communication
• High level of technical expertise using Zoom, FigJam, Miro/Mural, and Figma (or Sketch).
• understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• familiar with the workflows and methods of Agile development
