They are currently seeking a Test Engineer to join their team and contribute to a pivotal Federal program that positively impacts the daily lives of millions of Americans.

Responsibilities:

• Guide, test, and implement modern QA practices and principles for the Federal program.
• Oversee and conduct blackbox/manual testing across various products while managing the QA plan and strategy, potentially spanning multiple teams.
• Provide guidance and implement strategies to facilitate quick and informed decisions for engineering and leadership.
• Develop and implement test reports, communicating results to multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate QA as a comprehensive solution, not just a single step.
• Make strategic decisions and adapt processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Quality Assurance work, particularly in supporting large-scale programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent engagements and parallel work streams.
• Ability to translate senior leadership direction into concrete actions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
