Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Regional Construction Managers with daily activities and large-scale projects by providing administrative support;
- Gather and arrange project updates, financials, and schedules in a reportable style.
- Act as the central point for managing changes affecting the various programs supported.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Gather relevant metrics data and submit it to program leadership once a week.
- Engage with key stakeholders, such as developers and general contractors, for project support, project reporting, and related tasks. This entails, among other things, participating in change management meetings for North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF), keeping track of project activity on the ground, and sharing concerns with the larger program network.
- Carry out all duties in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace with 20% predicted and up to 60% travel
Requirements:
PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree
• At least three years of project, building, or base building management experience
DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS
Experience in a construction management setting as a project engineer or manager; familiarity working remotely in a virtual environment; ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and important dates; proficient time management and organizational skills; proficient and professional communication abilities; ability to establish processes, workflows, and standard procedures; ability to drive solutions and identify opportunities; comfort operating in a highly uncertain and fast-paced environment; and excellent problem solving abilities with a variety of stakeholder groups
