Position Description:

We expect an Advisor to meet the same standards as our consumers. As an Apple Support Advisor, you’ll be responsible for several of our popular products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macs. You’ll be the welcoming voice of Apple as our customers’ initial point of contact, providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical assistance. We’ll rely on you to listen to our consumers and use your technical skill, creativity, and passion to address their demands — and to remind them that fantastic people are behind our excellent products. Important Qualifications

  • Minimum least two years of professional technical troubleshooting experience or shown technical abilities
  • Experience assisting clients by phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person A strong commitment to customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Capable of effectively tailoring communication and style to various audiences
  • Capable of managing and working autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace; thrives on a team where expertise is shared and feedback is appreciated
  • Time management skills that include the capacity to multitask, organize, and prioritize
  • Capable of researching and comprehending technical knowledge using numerous tools while conversing with consumers
  • Experience with iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC, or Mac
  • Ability to master technical troubleshooting abilities and a will to learn and take on new challenges

Additional Conditions

  • Available to attend 5-6 weeks of mandatory training on a set schedule that may include weekends Work hours are flexible between 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, including Saturdays and holidays, with the ability to stretch up or down based on business needs. Completion of a pre-employment evaluation and background check Successful completion of first training Capable of typing at a minimum of 40 WPM while conversing with customers
