Responsibilities:

The Technical Operations Analyst is largely in charge of providing front-line helpdesk support for the Global Outsourcing network in this cross-functional role. Responding to incoming trouble tickets entails working with clients to triage and test issues before driving them to resolution. Additionally, you will be expected to promote operational effectiveness by developing and upgrading our procedures, producing end-user documentation, and producing multimedia content to lower ticket volumes and expand our customers’ access to self-help resources.

Requirements:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience using HTML5, CSS, and Javascript in web development
  • 6+ months of expertise utilizing the interface and AWS CLI to interact with AWS services
  • Experience with a contemporary platform like FinalCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro for five or more years in multimedia creation
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial audio production

FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • A track record of streamlining help desk/on call procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • Strong analytical abilities and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks at once and has project management abilities
