Responsibilities:

  • Being a voice and an advocate for our customers when something doesn’t feel right; –
  • Working with other customer support teams to guarantee a consistent and high-quality level of help;
  • Delivering timely, efficient, and detailed service by speaking with Blink’s customers directly over the phone and via email;
  • Assisting clients in understanding how to use Blink’s solutions to address problems and get the most out of their investments
  • Serving as a consumer advocate by bringing attention to and taking action on issues that we see need improvement.
  • Proactively looking for ways to meet the demands of customers, informing leadership of trends, and making creative suggestions for improving the customer experience
  • Helping with client communications at important launches and support events for Blink
  • Working across the board in customer service to guarantee the best possible and most consistent level of assistance
  • Acquiring in-depth understanding of particular product categories and attributes
  • Leading initiatives to enhance procedures connected to support
  • Encouraging the Blink Subscription offering

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

  • Three or more years of experience in customer service
  • Work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • More than two years of technical support expertise with a primary focus on client success
  • More than two years of expertise maintaining consumer mesh and WiFi networks (Linksys, D-link, Google WiFi, ASUS)
  • More than two years of experience with parental controls, firewall configurations, and frequently activated features of service provider modems, routers, and services delivering technical assistance for mobile platforms and devices for at least a year (iOS, Android)
  • The capacity for remote work

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

  • Two or more years of experience in customer service
  • An intense desire to learn every nuance of a system or procedure in order to address client issues
  • The capacity to record technical client concerns in notes that other users can access.
  • Curiosity about technology and a desire to learn new skills and support clients in their endeavors
  • Proficient in both writing and oral communication
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a high-pressure support setting
  • Prior Zendesk CRM experience
