Position Description

Teaching Lab is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to driving equity in K-12 education and improving student outcomes. As a member of the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Partner identifies, recruits, and hires gifted professionals from diverse backgrounds who share Teaching Lab’s mission. The partner has a growth mindset and is proactive in their approach to hiring. This remote position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

– Manage the recruitment process for W-2 Full-time (FTE), Part-time (PTE), and 1099 contractor positions
– Manage Lever (ATS) and provide implementation support to hiring managers
– Conduct training for managers on talent acquisition methods
– Generate weekly talent acquisition reports
– Achieve Talent Acquisition goals set in collaboration with the manager
– Emphasize anti-racist and equitable hiring practices
– Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
– Serve in other roles at Teaching Lab as necessary

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field
– A minimum of two years of experience in planning and implementing a talent acquisition plan
– Proven expertise in talent acquisition best practices
– Experience in collaboratively supporting hiring managers
– Ability to work in a high-volume recruitment environment
– Working knowledge of Federal and State Employment laws related to hiring practices
– Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and ATS management
– Strong communication skills
– Sound organization skills
– Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
