Position Description

Kindbody, a fertility clinic and family-building benefits provider is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and professional individual who can work in a fast-paced start-up environment and ensure a seamless recruitment process. This is a hybrid position, with four days in the office and one day remote.

Responsibilities

– Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process
– Schedule interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner
– Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
– Collaborate with the recruiters, people operations and finance on candidate offer process
– Manage Greenhouse reporting and analytics
– Manage background and reference checks through third party platforms
– Identify and improve recruiting processes
– Support planning for external recruiting events (conference and hiring events etc.)

Qualifications

– At least one year of experience in a recruiting coordination or similar position
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Highly organized with strong project management skills
– Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize multiple requests
– Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
– Willingness to work on weekends

– Hourly pay range for this position: $21.63 – $24.03 depending on years of experience.
