Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Supervisor for the Intake Team, you will be responsible for supervising customer service representatives and enrollment coordinators. Your role involves providing guidance, directing daily workflow, managing schedules, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, conducting interviews and hiring processes, staff training, problem-solving, performance monitoring, and data gathering/report preparation.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in supervising a team in a customer service environment.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry Call Center operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, respond to inquiries, present information effectively, apply basic accounting principles, and analyze financial reports.
  • Capability to interpret technical instructions and resolve performance issues.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
