Position Description

Trupanion, a leading medical insurance provider for pets in North America, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist to join their Contact Center department. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to current Trupanion members. You will investigate and provide solutions to retain members who request to cancel their policies, in both remote and hybrid call center environments.

Responsibilities

– Listen, investigate, and provide solutions to retain members that request to cancel their policy.
– Provide an exceptional experience for current Trupanion members through inbound phone calls.
– Handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy.
– Utilize multiple systems and navigate complex situations.
– Quickly adapt to changes in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

– Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
– 1+ years of successful Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced call center.
– 1+ years of customer service experience.
– Proven ability to implement retention strategies that retain customers.
– Experience using and learning complex computer systems.
