- The self-funded market’s successful membership expansion will be led by the sales vice president in Dallas, Texas. develops a distribution plan and works in conjunction with Aetna teams in local markets to target customers who prefer a TPA value proposition.
- The local market’s new sales growth for Meritain Health, an Aetna Company, is the responsibility of the sales executive.
- Meritain uses a customized third-party administrator model to target consumers who choose to self-fund their benefits plans. *At this time, we are only able to accept individuals with past insurance (Health – self funded ideally) sales experience.
- Oversee all Meritain sales efforts to use specialized self-funded solutions to address difficult benefit concerns.
- promotes and grows the Meritain brand in the local market by using the external broker community.
- To make the most of the Aetna distribution network, establish local market connections with the company’s sales teams and leaders. Determine the goods, services, and tactics that help TPA clients overcome problems. help with the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Sales specialists who support the growth of our company in the Middle Market, Distribution Channel, Group Insurance, and Specialty Products sectors. The objective of a sales executive is to satisfy customer needs and assist customers in making wiser decisions regarding their health care and healthcare spending.
- To optimize sales prospects and achieve profitable growth, develops and nurtures strong connections with key stakeholders (producers, plan sponsors, and/or consumers depending on the business).
- oversees a section of business or may create new business prospects to ensure profitable clients and aid with the expansion of the company through consultative selling, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.
- Aetna’s revenue growth and profit goals are met while ensuring that products, prices, and services are tailored to the demands of the customer.
- Depending on the business book or market segment being served, manages and develops producer relationships as necessary.
- demonstrates a great awareness of the customer’s complex demands and the advantages of Aetna’s comprehensive product line by identifying numerous methods to collaborate with the client by pulling from the entire product line.
- Collaborates with internal partners and/or external stakeholders to identify profitable cross-selling and growth possibilities with potential or current customers, as well as to provide post-sale support.
- Organizes sales materials, endorsements, and the participation of subject-matter experts to enhance the effective delivery of constituency presentations. may take part in constituent meetings, including presentations of the results.

Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 75,500 minimum; 155,200 maximum
