To support professional level roles within the Data & Analytics business, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be in charge of translating the company’s business strategy into a workable recruiting strategy, developing proactive hiring plans to fill critical talent gaps, assisting the company in identifying and selecting talent for both the present and future needs of the company, and ultimately establishing a competitive edge in the business and talent markets. The job necessitates broad, proactive sourcing and recruitment tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Discuss important talent gaps with top business and HR management, and spearhead an effective and efficient talent plan to assist the business.
  • Comprehend the corporate strategy for data and analytics; seek advice on the entire talent strategy.
  • Drive a thorough and rigorous talent assessment process.
  • Share market and competitor knowledge proactively to guide organizational, business, and hiring decisions.
  • Provide ongoing requisition updates to the HR Business Partner, Controller, and business leaders verbally and in writing.
  • Build a personnel pipeline with industry leaders, network with them, assess their qualifications, and ultimately entice the most qualified workers to Cigna.
  • Be the lead negotiator and more personal with the chosen candidates.
  • They will also develop a diversity sourcing strategy for the chosen business groups, which will involve forming effective external alliances with different associations.
  • Screen, analyze, and qualify prospects, including conducting in-depth interviews with candidates to gain a thorough grasp of their credentials and competencies.
  • Give written candidate profiles and search status reports, as well as advice on the interviewing procedure and applicant assessment and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other HR partners as necessary to make sure Cigna can find the talent it needs for today and tomorrow. Included are the disciplines of business analytics, data science, and data measurement and reporting, with a particular emphasis on each.
  • Give each unsuccessful applicant detailed feedback based on their competencies. Make sure both the recruiting manager and the candidates have a great experience.
  • Retain knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, tools, and best practices in hiring.
  • Continuously assess the entire service delivery portfolio to guarantee a solid sourcing and hiring strategy.
  • Maintain consistency in the way we promote and position Cigna, trying to improve our visual and online standards for communications and advertising in order to position the business as a top employer.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is necessary, and prior recruiting experience is recommended.
  • Strong preference for recruiting data and analytics experience
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of recent, relevant, and direct experience in hiring managers and professionals at mid-levels.
  • Significant recruiting expertise in the fields of statistics and analytics, IT, finance, and/or closely related fields.
  • Significant industry contacts, networks, and affiliations in the data and analytics field
  • A track record of performance as a recruiter that calls for 80–100% direct sourcing
  • Outstanding evaluation and interviewing techniques, as well as strategies for selecting candidates.
  • A track record of creating complex offers and good offer closing and negotiating abilities.
  • Strong sourcing experience for specialized professional level occupations as well as experience developing complete sourcing strategy.
  • Experience in both a corporate setting and with search firms is preferred.
  • The capacity to handle difficult and delicate issues on one’s own and the ability to function effectively in a high-visibility context
  • A track record of immaculate performance and a great capacity for multitasking in a high-demand, deadline-driven workplace with constrained deliverables
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities; capacity to handle a large amount of work for several team members while keeping the highest standard of work
  • Expertise dealing with teams and executives
  • Reliable judgment, tact, and persuasion abilities are needed.
  • Database systems and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel expertise must be shown.
  • Experience managing and reporting web-based applicant tracking systems is preferred (Workday a strong plus)
  • Whether you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
