Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to create job postings for open positions.
- Post job vacancies on job boards, career pages, and social media sites (like LinkedIn).
- Create and implement programs for employee referrals.
- Find prospects online (for instance, through professional networks and portfolio websites).
- Screen applications and resumes, and inform job seekers about recruiting procedures.
- Interview candidates at various stages of the employment process, including over the phone and in first- and second-round interviews.
- Report the status of open positions to hiring managers and TA managers.
- Consider a candidate’s performance in the interview and on the task.
- Establish the requirements for each role.
- Calculate hiring needs by examining turnover and retention rates.
- Revise job descriptions (e.g., by adding tasks or changing prerequisites).
- Respond to applicants’ questions about the application process.
- Give interview comments when it’s appropriate and necessary.
- Attend job fairs to enhance your company’s brand.
- Aid new hires in adjusting
Requirements:
Skills: Talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house recruiting
- Recruitment expertise for industrial and manufacturing positions
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of technology and recruiting software
- Has experience finding candidates through networks like LinkedIn and others.
