We are seeking a skilled and structured Senior Manager of Global Mobility and Compliance to join our team in order to ensure that we are prepared for success. You will be in charge of directing Apollo’s worldwide mobility and compliance initiatives, including strategy, methodology, and implementation.
Setting the direction for our global workforce strategy, including when and where we establish new organizations, and ensuring alignment with our talent acquisition and employee experience strategies will be your responsibility. To manage immigration and contractor rules, you will collaborate closely with internal partners including the HR and legal teams, making sure that all procedures adhere to applicable laws. You will also be in charge of managing all aspects of hiring new employees and assisting those who are transitioning, such as payroll setup, benefits administration, and support with relocation.
The chosen applicant will have knowledge of global mobility and relocation, immigration and contractor compliance, as well as HR and legal procedures. You need to have a proven track record of project management, as well as exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
How you’ll act:
- Establish the Apollo worldwide expansion and talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage the immigration and contractor compliance processes, making sure that all procedures adhere to the relevant laws.
- Keep track of and evaluate changes to immigration and contractor regulations, and make necessary adjustments to processes.
- Team formation and organizational design for the global mobility team
- Organize employee onboarding and transitions, such as immigration and contractor onboarding, payroll and benefit setup, and relocation support
- Create and manage policies and processes for global mobility and compliance.
- Investigate and evaluate worldwide mobility and compliance programs
- Work with internal partners to manage immigration and contractor policies, including the HR and legal teams.
- Employees and management should receive advice and help on global mobility and compliance problems.
- supplying data-driven insights to inform strategic global mobility decisions
- Work with other departments to line with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in immigration, compliance, and global mobility Experience managing a primarily remote staff
