Position Description:

We are searching for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our quickly expanding financial team. You will be responsible for data strategy and integration across our financial systems in this high-profile post. This position will report to the Chief of Financial Planning & Analysis. You will collaborate with finance and business leaders to streamline data across systems, increase our analytic and decision-making skills, and support continuing financial reporting. We are seeking for someone that can cooperate across functions to solve challenges swiftly and effectively

You Will:

• Support the existing Anaplan platform with architecture, design, maintenance, security access, and continual enhancements.
• As a Team Member to the Anaplan Administrator, you will collaborate with business leads to support new business objectives and initiatives by understanding needs and translating use cases into Anaplan models.
• You will create model enhancements to improve existing Anaplan models, collaborate with the data integration team to establish data connections for new Anaplan reports, provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models, improve processes for both new and existing projects, and perform ad-hoc analysis for departmental initiatives.
• This Datavant Team Member will also provide cross-functional assistance to the Director of FP&A Enterprise Reports, Data & Financial Systems, who will be responsible for Integrated analytics across systems, Dashboards, KPI’s and Metrics analysis, and Financial System integration (metadata governance, etc.).
• This job will be responsible for ensuring that excellence is maintained throughout both teams.

What you will offer to the table:

• At least ten years of advanced finance and/or systems-related experience is required.
• Expertise with Anaplan and other financial reporting systems, as well as the creation of financial and operational dashboards.
• Strong project management skills, as well as excellent analytical and financial modeling abilities, are required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and totally remote environment
• Excellent process improvement skills, as well as a track record of developing world-class financial organizations and processes.
• Ability to search out chances to assess business challenges, provide recommendations, and translate complex financial concepts into clear and practical insights.
• General comprehension of corporate finance and working knowledge of GAAP.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, information systems, or a similar discipline is preferred. MBA preferred
