You will work in a fast-paced environment as a Sr. Manager on the Connected Provider Care Collaboration (CPCC) program team and be in charge of overseeing crucial elements of an innovative, strategic solution for the electronic interchange of clinical data. To make sure business priorities are established and carried out in accordance with agreements, you will collaborate with business owners, product managers and owners, IT, architecture, interoperability, and other stakeholders. Depending on the need for resources, you may be the team lead for some concurrent initiatives or a team member for others.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating project plans, monitoring milestones, evaluating risks, and making sure program objectives are delivered on schedule
  • Keeping track of, evaluating, and following up on team and program progress in relation to agreed-upon deliverables
  • Tracking and disclosing value metrics to guarantee portfolio alignment
  • Collaborating on program increment planning with business partners, IT, and architects
  • Risks and problems are raised, escalated, and mitigated as they occur.
  • Collaborating with program partners to address new business requirements
  • Managing meetings, communications, and stakeholder involvement
  • Collecting and examining program-related information to aid in the timely and knowledgeable decision-making

The ideal applicant will have a track record of success as a project management expert who has worked in the healthcare sector’s Agile environment. Data analysis experience is a crucial qualification for this position. A successful candidate is at ease working both independently and as part of a team in an uncertain, shifting environment.

NOTE: This position may be located anywhere in the US.

The Senior Manager, Project Management also has the following duties:

  • Work together and in partnership with other functional managers, business areas within or across segments, or other business areas to identify and address all workflow processes and interdependencies.
  • Influence change to enhance organizational effectiveness, performance results, and/or systems, quality, and services
  • Facilitation and presentation of cross-functional and segment groups
  • Responsible for analyzing large, complex quantities of data to spot patterns, significant revelations, and statistically significant conclusions.
  • Ability to simplify difficult concepts into digestible graphics and presentations.
  • Able to function in challenging situations where problems need to be figured out, defined, and solutions created.
  • The capacity to understand business concepts, goals, and strategies quickly
  • Well-prepared, capable of handling various duties and meeting deadlines in a hectic setting (This one is covered in different points but here is a summarized view)

Pay Scale:

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

75,400 minimum; 162,700 maximum

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or health insurance for at least 3 years
  • A minimum of three years of project management experience and a track record of leading challenging projects
  • The capacity to successfully coordinate many initiatives with conflicting agendas at once
  • Extensive knowledge of the pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and other Excel tools.
  • Competent with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, experience presenting to large groups of people, and management
  • The capacity to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities displayed

Preferred Requirements:

PMP certification or experience at a job that can be considered equivalent
Knowledge of commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, clinical, and provider claims is preferred.
Experience with QuickBase and Excel is preferred

Education: It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree from an approved university or similar job experience.
