The Senior Manager of Healthcare Insights Strategy & Analytics Innovation will have the chance to lead a team that will aid in the creation of an information company by generating revenue from the sale of enterprise data and insights to various external stakeholders. They will be in charge of managing a group of coworkers that consists of Mgrs, individual contributors, and 2 to 5 direct reports.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 115,000 minimum; 230,000 maximum

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

Required credentials

• It is necessary to have seven years of healthcare experience in pharmaceuticals, health plans, healthcare delivery systems, and public health/government.
• Technical know-how and leadership skills include creating a strategy and a vision for a highly technical team of data, IT, and data scientists in order to achieve success.
• Involvement at all levels of seniority with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
