This Senior Financial Analyst position is available as a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Maintain beneficial relationships with Finance/Accounting leadership of key business partners. Ensure that business, operational, and financial procedures are communicated, understood, and repeated by relevant teams. Identify and implement financial analyses to optimize business performance.

• Support current management reporting by analyzing financial results, distilling and synthesizing problems, and communicating key updates to senior-level staff. – Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests as needed. – Implement improved management reporting by collaborating with Operations and Accounting to more covertly and accurately track financial results.
• When preparing monthly and quarterly reporting to senior leadership, evaluate financial results, summarize key trends, evaluate current and future business risks, and communicate crucial updates. – Offer management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance, and ensure operational initiative alignment by working closely with the Functional leads.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of operational finance experience.
  Possessing knowledge of office systems, reporting software, databases, and other BI tools is recommended. – Effective cross-functional collaboration, practical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good familiarity with forecasting – Expertise with higher level capability in Microsoft Excel – Financial planning experience – Forecasting & modeling experience preferred – Financial analysis experience – Candidates must possess a BA/BS in finance, business, or a closely related profession – Ability to simplify difficult problems and construct solutions Professional credentials, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), are preferred
