As a Senior Salesforce Developer at CVS Health/Aetna, you will deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Your duties would include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce Service or Health Cloud projects.
• Manage the creation and implementation of new projects and improvements involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Communities, Service Cloud Voice, SF to Telephony integration, Call center management, CTI integration, and LWC.
• Ensure that work products meet the needs and goals of the organization.
• Provide detailed design and documentation for OOTB and custom code solutions.
• Create UI screens with Salesforce components using the Newport Design system and a custom LWC.
• Create Salesforce solutions with Vlocity components like Omniscripts and Data Raptors, as well as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Collaborate with business and IT development teams.
• Set up a governance process for Salesforce Org and apply environment and DevOps strategies.

Please keep in mind that while this position is ideally located in Connecticut, it is also fully remote from anywhere in the United States.

Pay Scale

The typical salary range for this position is: The minimum is 115,000, and the maximum is 230,000.

Please keep in mind that this range represents the average pay for all positions in the job grade in which this position is located. The actual salary offer will consider a variety of factors, including location.

Requirements:

Qualifications Required

• 7+ years of development experience with Salesforce and related tools.
• 5+ years of UI/UX development experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Vlocity experience is required.
• 3+ years of Salesforce LWC experience is required.
• Salesforce Accreditation (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer).
• 2+ years of Technical Leadership experience is required.

Qualifications Preferred

• Certifications for the Vlocity Platform.
• Salesforce and Vlocity DevOps experience required.
• Working experience with mixed business and IT development teams.
• General understanding of healthcare benefit terminology and practices.
• Salesforce best practices and functionality are well-understood.

Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
