Senior Data Entry Specialist – Robert Half Remote Jobs

In the south metro area of Minnesota, Robert Half is now looking for a talented Senior Data Entry Expert for a 9–12 month contract. After beginning on-site for 2-4 weeks, the training will mostly take place remotely. Must be a Minnesota resident. This Senior Data Entry Specialist post might be in a variety of departments and will function as a support role.

Responsibilities:

The following are only a few of the responsibilities, although not all of them:

• Updating spreadsheets, controlling a lot of data, and adjusting prices
• Collaborating with several departments to add additional routes to each branch’s ERP system
• Process creation, editing, and management
• Packaging test-supporting material bills
• For test production, creating production work orders
• Using a system for analysis to manage assigned formulas
• Approving alterations to production or packing schedules or material bills of lading
• Taking care of workflow requests
• It could be necessary to offer on-call assistance.
• Increasing problems

Requirements:

• Pivot tables and vlookups are desirable. Good Excel skills are required.
• Working knowledge of different ERP systems is an added benefit.
• Autonomous working ability
• Able to set priorities and solve problems
• Superior communication abilities
