A local nonprofit organization called Greccio Housing works to provide low-income individuals and families who live and work in Colorado Springs with stable, secure, and supportive affordable housing options.

As a real estate data entry operator, you will be crucial to the upkeep and upgrading of our database. To keep records accurate and up to date, you will be responsible for accurately entering a variety of data. For this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the capacity to work independently in a distant setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and add transactional and client data, as well as real estate information, to the database.
  • Verify and edit data to make sure it is accurate and comprehensive.
  • Work together with your teammates to address any discrepancies in the information.
  • Respect privacy and adhere to data security guidelines.
  • Help in producing reports and presentations using the acquired data.
  • Filing, keeping an eye on office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed are all part of secretarial duties.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent; while not required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • strong foundation in data entry or a similar discipline.
  • strong command of real estate terminology and protocols.
  • a solid understanding of computers, especially data entry software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Extremely accurate and detail-oriented.
  • the ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizing abilities.
  • strong communication skills, especially while collaborating in a remote team.
