Responsibilities:

The end-to-end development of digital material utilizing various corporate content management systems will be your responsibility as a Sr. Analyst of Content Management. Setting up and updating product material, promos, and photos will be part of this. You’ll also need to use various CMS capabilities and draw on your understanding of the Verizon content management platform, the site’s architecture, and its product offerings. Prior to publishing updates to Verizon’s websites and mobile apps, Lead Experience Specialists are in charge of overseeing pre- and post-production testing of the material they deploy and making sure that all important stakeholders have evaluated and approved the adjustments.

  • Implementing and managing a variety of product- and commerce-focused content using multiple enterprise content management systems (merchandise, promotions, images, etc.).
  • Coordinating and balancing numerous projects of chores at once.
  • Using our workflow management system (JIRA) to update status, interact with stakeholders, and review implementation requirements.
  • To ensure excellent content quality and adherence to criteria, testing all work in pre-production and production environments.
  • Working together to examine the implementation of the content requirements with important business and operational stakeholders.
  • Distributing changes to testing and production environments by utilizing the established content generation and publishing routines.
  • Taking part in regular meetings to discuss tasks, deadlines, modifications, and other issues pertaining to content management operations.
  • Determining the effects of proposed content modifications and implementing those changes promptly and safely.
  • Identifying and assisting with the fixation of bugs, errors, and other content display-related problems.
  • Recognizing and resolving system integration issues across many platforms that affect online purchases. Pricing, inventory, plans, features, and other data feeds that have an impact on the site are included in this.

You will primarily work from home in this remote position, with sporadic on-site trainings and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Four more years of work experience or a bachelor’s degree
  • Four or more years of experience in the relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience working in a consumer-facing, digital content management system.
  • Knowledge of a workflow management tool, such as JIRA.

  • Having knowledge of Amdocs CatalogONE or Oracle ATG/BCC.
  • Powerful Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint – high proficiency required).
  • Understanding of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc).
  • Familiarity with any catalog management system (CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • The capacity to move forward while tolerating change and a reasonable number of pending requirements.
