Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class Third Party Management System solutions. In order to ensure that applications satisfy all functional and nonfunctional criteria, you will contribute expertise to identifying and translating system requirements into software design and deliverables.
• Closely collaborates with project teams to offer answers to challenging technical, business, or client needs, including technical design, problem-solving, implementation, and operational challenges.
• Along with the project manager or leader, when necessary, they establish the technical requirements and alternatives needed to complete the project while giving precise costs for its creation and execution. Collaborate with the management to achieve those projections.
• Contribute to the creation and observance of technical direction, standards, norms, and methods for usage in certain technologies within one’s specialty.
• Assume leadership responsibilities for technical quality and the viability of solutions while leading technically challenging phases, projects, or initiatives.
• Tackle difficult, technological difficulties.
• Educate team members by providing counseling and assistance. Participate in the team interview process and offer comments on the technical expertise of the candidates.
• Participate in virtual R&D teams to conduct research, provide recommendations, and promote the adoption of new technology.
• Transfer knowledge throughout the company via teaching informally or formally (e.g., by presenting at brown bag lunches).
• It is necessary to have a thorough understanding of Caremark’s operating systems, hardware, and software.
• demonstrated proficiency leading a team of people while working alone to execute assignments. Basic competencies for Caremark/IT.
• must possess strong communication abilities in both writing and speaking.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

• Least: 70,000
• The most: 140,000

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of.NET, SQL, and C# experience
• 3+ years of experience working in a setting that supports telecom systems, servers, and workstations.
• 3+ years of experience, including at least two years in a supervisory position, working in a computer operations/desktop support environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing a group to finish projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or comparable job experience is necessary.

If you don’t have a degree, you’ll need two more years of experience for every year of college you haven’t finished.
