CVS Health offers a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our Data, Analytics, and Automation team in our PBM Finance Enablement department. When it comes to data reporting and analysis, operating efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service, CVS Health consistently innovates.
In order to assist state and federal compliance reporting, you will deal with pharmacy- and member-specific claims data, including but not limited to financial and operational data. Reporting on client and regulatory Prompt Pay and Pharmacy Payment Compliance will be your responsibility on a regular and as-needed basis. You will keep up-to-date quality checks and data accuracy while looking for ways to further automate reporting tasks.
As a member of the PBM Finance Data, Analytics, and Automation team, you will answer to the Reporting Manager. This position is entirely distant.
You must be a team player with a strong desire to promote cooperation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in order to succeed in this role. You should also have past experience rewriting an existing codebase to integrate automation and further enhance code efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- With the help of internal and external partners, review MCO/client requests and convert them into precise business requirements.
- By offering reporting leadership representation, you can forge connections with the Account Teams, Legal, Compliance, Client Audit, Finance Operations, and other groups.
- Processes, best practices, and tools related to data, reporting, and automation should be reviewed and improved continuously.
- Assure the precision and caliber of the outputs by applying stringent quality control standards to all reporting and analytical operations. Make sure that production-ready reporting solutions have uniform and understandable documentation.
- Issues must be dealt with, communicated with, and escalated (as necessary) quickly to avoid affecting delivery.

- Actively oversee reporting and automated tasks while monitoring the status of action items, fixing problems, and reducing risk

Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:
- At least 43,700
- Up to 100,000

Requirements:
Required credentials
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or automation initiatives for at least two years
- 1+ years of SAS or SQL script authoring experience
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of any of these is a plus: Working knowledge of Python, R, Alteryx, Trifacta, Linux OS, GCP/ AWS/ Azure, and medical and/or pharmacy claims data
working knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly health insurance, PBMs, or pharmacy services
Education: Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
