Position Description:

The Inside Sales Specialist will be accountable for increasing product usage per user and accelerating lead conversion, as well as ensuring the retention and advancement of existing customers by actively creating relationships and supplying up-to-date product knowledge.

Other duties

• Include handling inbound sales leads and nurturing them until they are converted
• Providing consumers with current technical product updates (new and existing)
• Implement sales campaigns actively with the assistance of marketing teams
• Adhere to conventional procedures for tracking, capturing, and reporting pertinent business intelligence
• In active areas, provide office-based support to the field sales staff.

What We’re Trying to Find…

• A BSc and/or Master’s degree (ideally in Life Sciences, genetics, and genomics); a PhD is desirable but not essential. You will have past sales experience, ideally inside sales, and will have worked with research/life science clients. Additionally, you will be familiar with CRM systems.
• You will comprehend current DNA sequencing technologies and their applications, possess good communication and persuasion abilities, and have knowledge of the Life Sciences and Genomics marketplace!
• You will be an outstanding team player and have the ability to develop strong relationships with others. Ideal candidates will have worldwide teamwork experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced workplace.
• We seek applicants from the Central and Eastern time zones.
• Speaking Spanish is strongly preferred.
• You have a positive attitude and a “can-do” mentality, as well as the ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and tact.
