You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for the sales team as a Rootstock Sales Development Representative reporting to the Sales Development Manager. You’ll generate interest by identifying key decision-makers and qualifying offers via phone, social media, email, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Make more than fifty outbound calls per day – Raise awareness of Rootstock and interest in the company through calls, emails, and social contacts with prospective customers.
- Meet and surpass weekly/monthly targets (qualified meetings, qualifying leads and adding new contacts, etc.).
- Acquiring business knowledge by researching how various companies operate, their leadership structures, their pain points, and the daily obstacles they face.
- Organizing and collaborating with Account Executives for qualified meetings – Team meetings where we discuss our progress, obstacles, and additional success strategies.
- Consistently achieve quota to achieve revenue and growth objectives for the territory.
- Utilize and maintain Salesforce CRM according to Rootstock’s specifications; provide lead metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Required six months of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with technology or software required.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
- ERP SDR experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytic abilities.
- Individual who is highly motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial.
