Position Description:

In the Caribbean and Southeastern United States, you are in charge of expanding and supporting your allocated strategic customers, creating and growing new direct accounts, and extending your channel, including installers, utilities, projects, and OEMs.

Important Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Find, choose, onboard, and develop new direct accounts, such as electrical and solar distributors, OEMs, and VAR accounts.
  • Reach or surpass regional revenue targets as well as goals for acquiring new direct customers.
  • manage the region’s current strategic accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle to reach or surpass the quarterly and yearly sales targets in the designated target markets.
  • creates and carries out plans to accomplish business goals for allocated accounts.
  • Review new and existing client accounts’ business quarterly.
  • within the parameters of the organization, bargains with clients over pricing and contractual obligations.
  • Create and maintain long-term strategic business alliances with designated important clients.
  • To further integrate corporate products into the customer’s business, works in collaboration with individuals at all levels of the firm and the customer’s organization.
  • Customer inquiries are handled, and consumers are kept up to date on new product introductions, product modifications, order status, and deliveries.
  • Create client sales presentations that handle pricing, merchandising, distribution, promotions, and logistics in order to accomplish market sales.

  • English language proficiency required for following directions, both written and spoken.
