Responsibilities:
Contractors for Working Solutions will represent their clients’ brands and offer individualized, fervent, and compassionate service. Contractors will respond to inquiries regarding current travel arrangements, make modifications, additions, and cancellations to current travel plans, and offer knowledgeable, comprehensive information about the range of trips the client offers. It is a position for a remote independent contractor.
Timetable:
- Opportunities for a flexible schedule
- Monday through Friday, contractors set their hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT.
Restitution:
- Get paid by the minute for each productive hour, up to $16.20.
Requirements:
Needed Proficiency:
- High-end booking experience for both domestic and international travel is essential.
- Knowledge of travel regulations and procedures
- Excellent customer service abilities

- high level of computer literacy in a Windows setting
- Determination to satisfy demanding callers and earn their satisfaction

Equipment and Technology Requirements:
- This program requires a direct dial phone (landline or cell), and contractors must turn off call waiting, voicemail, and call forwarding while they’re working.
- Requires a wired headset that can be connected to a landline or cell phone.
- Desktop computer (without a tablet)
- Two monitors, at least one of which is full HD (1920×1080).
- A broadband connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and an upload speed of 3 Mbps
- Ethernet-based internet access (no wi-fi)
- No VPN: During Working Solutions’ operating hours, a computer may not use a private VPN to access to the internet. Examples are McAfee VPN and NordVPN.
- The operating system Windows 10 or 11 must be used.
- Installed, active, and current antiviral software
- USB headset with microphone that is wired (for training)
- Note that Mac support is restricted to Intel-based computers running Apple’s Boot Camp software to install Windows 11.
- Contractors need to be willing to install an authentication app connected to program work and possess a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad.
