Responsibilities

As a Remote Roadside Customer Service Representative, you will have the following responsibilities:

– Receive inbound calls from drivers who need help with roadside assistance
– Act as a liaison between clients and immediate support service providers
– Log all interactions with customers in the provided tracking system
– Ensure effective communication between clients and service providers to provide prompt solutions
– Provide exceptional customer service and make an impact on our client’s day

Qualifications

– A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
– At least 1 year of customer service experience
– Excellent attendance and punctuality records
– Call center experience preferred, but not required
