Position Description

InnoSource, Inc is looking for a friendly and organized Remote Roadside Customer Service Representative. As a first responder in case of any client’s need, you will establish relationships with customers to make a positive impact on their lives. You will take inbound calls from drivers to help with their problems, and work with a team of service providers to connect immediate support to the customers.

Responsibilities

– Receive inbound calls from drivers who need roadside assistance either for a flat tire, a breakdown, or any other issue.
– Collaborate with a team of service providers to provide best customer services and support.
– Document the interactions in our tracking system.
– Work towards providing excellent customer services to make a positive impact on our customer’s day.

Qualifications

– At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
– A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
– A stable work history with punctuality and attendance.
– Call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
