Position Description

NTT DATA Services is currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Remote Employee Relations Senior Analyst to join their team in Plano, Texas. The position is 100% remote with a full-time schedule. The responsibility of the Employee Relations Senior Analyst is to handle complex issues and projects regarding employee complaints, conflicts, or grievances.

Responsibilities

– Managing the employee grievance administration process
– Investigating and resolving employee complaints, issues, and concerns originating from various sources
– Maintaining a professional and unbiased view when interviewing involved parties in a grievance
– Documenting conversations and escalating difficult situations to next level or to legal department as needed
– Following policies and procedures to conduct investigations
– Providing employee relations advice to leaders within a specific country or functional area
– Ensuring that advice and processes comply with current laws, regulations, and policies
– Acting as the point of contact to HR teams to resolve complex employee problems

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and work experience
– At least two years of experience in an Employee Relations (ER), HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist role.
