Position Description

Anomaly Squared is an innovative and growing customer contact center in McAllen, TX. We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team and help our clients by qualifying callers for various programs, products or services through outbound and inbound calls. You would work from home and be responsible for demonstrating excellent communication skills, proficiency in Windows-based Operating Systems, and product knowledge for the clients we work with. This is a Full-time or Part-time Employee job with a salary rate of $10.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

– A high school diploma or GED is required.
– Working knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome.
– Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Demonstrable product knowledge.
– Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
– Must have a desktop or laptop computer, webcam, and internet access.
– Must have a workspace in a quiet area.
