A business in Humble is seeking an HR Generalist to join their staff. In this hybrid position, you’ll work in the office from Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday. With a minimum of three years of full-cycle recruitment experience and some exposure to benefits administration and other HR activities, the role will consist between 50 and 75 percent of recruiting. Responsibilities:
The Recruiter/HR Generalist will directly report to the Director of Human Resources and be in charge of conducting interviews for a range of positions across the company, giving new hire orientation, and handling a variety of HR-related duties like processing benefits, running background checks, keeping track of job descriptions and employees, and getting ready for weekly meetings. This role serves as support for the other HR Generalist.
Requirements:
Human Resources, full cycle recruiting (minimum 3 years), and SHRM certification (recommended but not necessary)
