Responsibilities:

You will assist with our talent sourcing and recruiting efforts as a recruiting generalist. In order to succeed in this position, you must be aware of the steps involved in hiring in a large organization and possess the speed and quality management skills necessary to meet hiring goals. The scope of this function is flexible, and it may serve a variety of teams within the Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition division.

Requirements:

Basic Requirements:

• One or more years of experience in talent acquisition (either in sourcing or recruiting), HR, or relevant industry experience
• Uses knowledge of applicant profiles and talent marketplaces to create a plan that will help meet recruiting goals on time.
• Make sure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Follow the correct channels and guidelines when interacting and communicating with candidates.
• Adaptable to modifications in the process
• Focused on details
• Knowledge of Tracking Systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites
• Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities and background in interacting with many parties

Preferred Requirements:

• The LinkedIn Credential
• Experience in hiring new employees for a big technology company
