Key job responsibilities

  • Define the QA strategy and the automation requirements.
  • Create launch test plans and collaborate with the team on customer-facing launches.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 7+ years of technical industry experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on testing experience Experience building automation using an OO programming language and shell scripts


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
  • Experience with software QA methodology and tools, including programmatic-level testing and user-level automation, is preferred.
  • Experience with UI testing in agile/scrum software development methodologies
  • Capability to adapt to new challenges and overcome obstacles
  • Scrum knowledge
  • Proven ability to mentor team members, manage and interact effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a track record of working effectively with Development Engineering and other functions
