Position Description:

As a project manager for acquisition strategy, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategic projects and procedures for Progressive’s Special Lines (SL) Direct Acquisition division. In particular with new prospects and new business application growth for our boat, motorcycle, and RV insurance products, you’ll be in charge of major projects and activities that will produce significant and measurable outcomes. You’ll participate in and support media efficiency/strategy, creative agency management, experiential marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential marketing. To achieve meaningful outcomes, you’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with other acquisition groups (progressive.com, UX & design, tech & innovation, quote & purchase, media).

Obligatory qualifications

• a minimum of five years of expertise in the design, development, and implementation of processes and procedures, along with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• In lieu of a degree, you must have at least 10 years of experience in process design or at least 8 years of experience in property and casualty insurance.

• Experience in project management, including the ability to manage budgets and timeframes from conception to completion.
