Occupational Duties:

- Oversee the development, business case, and implementation phases of the product introduction process from ideation to launch.
- Work closely with the MIS/Data science team to communicate any necessary business requirements.

- Manage a matrix team while effectively consulting with and leveraging partner organizations like IT, HR, marketing, Audit, Risk, etc.

- take the lead in product promotion. Make sure employees are properly trained and educated on the positioning and functionality of products. By conducting research, make sure that products are maintained continuously and that they appeal to buyers. actively support and market the product portfolio across the company.

Task Requirements:
- 10+ years of expertise in the payments, banking, or fintech industries, including research, design, development, and/or delivery of novel value-added solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in driving sales or building product strategies
- GED, High School Diploma, or Foreign Equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree Is Necessary (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field)
- 10+ years of relevant experience will be taken into consideration in place of a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience gathering customer and business requirements and converting them into an actionable product roadmap that has produced business results. Experience producing product artifacts, such as summaries of market research, competitive analyses, product comparisons, business cases, business and product requirements, business and product workflows, and customer journey maps.
- adept in fusing company strategy, technology, and customer voice into a cohesive product strategy (strategy, execution plan, metrics for success)
- knowledge of banking laws and product compliance
- Knowledge in developing digital products, including the capacity to collaborate across departments to accelerate delivery
- Excellent analytical capabilities that have contributed to product success; adept at crafting fact-based business cases and recommendations in a clear, logical, and succinct manner; adept at using facts to “tell a narrative”
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to design presentations, with the capacity to inspire and lead others in a highly cross-functional context
- adept with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio
