Position Description:

BuildingLink is looking for a motivated Marketing Project Manager with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude to drive outcomes. The Marketing Project Manager will collaborate closely with our CRO and external marketing partners to develop and implement a strategic marketing vision, as well as plan out the tasks required for effective implementation.

In addition, the Marketing Project Manager will work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to ensure that all outbound marketing decisions are based on established product positioning. As the basis of BuildingLink’s marketing strategy takes shape with the help of external vendors, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for determining and establishing internal quantifiable objectives, process development, and demand creation initiatives to assure future success.

Key Duties Prerequisites

  • Working with our external marketing partners to develop a comprehensive marketing plan and map out the actions required to put that strategy into action.
  • Ensure that the proposed marketing campaigns are acceptable to BuildingLink consumers and leadership.
  • Working with third-party resources (writers and graphic designers) to develop advertising content while keeping consistency of branding.
  • Making and managing a content calendar, as well as setting deadlines.
  • Keeping current on BuildingLink, our products, and our customer base in order to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating and supervising marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Monitoring lead flow within HubSpot, tracking results, and recommending improvements.

Concerning You

  • 3-5 years of expertise managing marketing project management and coordinating marketing campaign projects.
  • 5+ years of expertise with SaaS marketing operations and MarTech system experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, bulk email tools, campaign management, etc).
  • Substantial marketing analytics experience; the ability to understand and convey essential marketing KPIs to a variety of audiences.
  • Expertise establishing or assisting in the establishment of a demand generation marketing organization.
  • Direct or indirect sales enablement experience
