Position Description

We are in search of a Project Document Specialist who will be responsible for efficiently processing and securing documentation required for projects. The ideal candidate will be accountable for implementing cost-effective procedures for project information management. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for the assembly, quality control, revision, and archival of construction work packages. The Project Document Specialist will be required to work in a hybrid role; the first week will be onsite, and the following weeks will be remote, with the understanding that the worker may need to come onsite as needed. On this job, you’ll enjoy flexible work schedules and remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the necessary infrastructure to efficiently process and secure project-related documentation.
• Develops and implements cost-effective solutions for project information management.
• Coordinates and oversees the assembly, reproduction, revision, and submission for archival of construction work packages.
• Maintains drawing and procedure revisions, standardization and accuracy of internal databases, including SharePoint.
• Must maintain and physically verify all project-related documents to ensure accuracy and validity.
• Maintains high accuracy levels while entering data and performing other data management activities.
• Supports other administrative team members as required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a high-school degree or GED, with experience in the administrative role.
• A minimum of one year of experience in data entry is necessary.
• Candidates must be proficient in the use of SharePoint.
• Strong attention to details, good communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
• Must be proficient in writing emails and presentations, and other MS Office applications.
• Should be able to work independently and in a team environment.
