Position Description:
You will play a significant part in the conception, creation, and introduction of our solutions as a member of the Product Team. Your in-depth knowledge of customer requirements and creative problem-solving skills will be crucial in forming our product vision and strategy. To ensure the success of our products, we’re seeking for team members with strong technical backgrounds who can swiftly deconstruct difficult challenges and offer innovative solutions.
United States is the location; after that, you decide what suits you. This position can be carried out entirely remotely from any location in the US, in-person in one of our US offices, or as a hybrid of the two.
Reports to: Passport Travel’s Director of Product Management Requirement: 10% or less
What will you be focusing on?
- Partner with internal resources and outsiders/vendors to execute numerous projects flawlessly (on-time, within scope and within budget)
- Define the functional specifications and product features.
- User journey mapping should be done to determine client and end user needs.
- To determine user demographics, interests, requirements, and pain areas, create personas.
- To ascertain a product’s viability, practicality, and commercial value, perform product discovery.
- Make sure your team is always working on the highest priority functionality by creating product roadmaps.
- Find chances for new features, then create business cases that can be approved and funded by executives.
- Perform market study while working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand existing and future requirements.
- Present brand-new features and functionalities via PowerPoint presentations, Webinars, and in-person demonstrations to internal teams and to clients.
- Use your excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills to work with people at all levels of the organization to oversee several projects at once.
- Create metrics and reports that accurately reflect success, and then communicate the findings to senior management.
- Ensure that products are in line with client needs by acting as the subject matter expert for Passport eCommerce Drive software updates and deployment.
What you will bring to the position:
- 3 years of experience managing client initiatives in an accesso line of business.
- directing presentations and demos for clients.
- possess a thorough understanding of Agile and SDLC best practices.
- experience working with clients and implementing projects.
- Ability to lead a team toward success by setting and communicating priorities based on well defined business metrics.
