Position Description:

The Professional Services Implementation Program Manager (IPM) is in charge of executing intricate, multi-month programs, such as Workforce Transformation, Instructor Led Training, and Platform Value Services.

We work closely with internal teams and resources necessary to ensure the effective delivery of each program while acting as the customer’s single point of contact. In order to scale the delivery of professional services programs, we contribute to the establishment of methods and procedures for program delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the effective execution of intricate multi-month professional services programs
  • During the program delivery phase, cultivate relationships with customers and gain the confidence of all partners.
  • Keep track of program status and let all concerned collaborators know about it.
  • Recognize and address potential problems and obstacles that could hinder or delay program delivery.
  • Strive for agreements in negotiations that will benefit both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze processes and procedures critically for ways to automate, streamline, and enhance them for consistently repeatable delivery that can expand for future development.
  • Make ensuring that programs adhere to the set budget and profit objectives.
  • At the conclusion of the program, conduct a retrospective study of the program and transfer the customer to the Account Management Team.
  • To secure the best results for all parties involved, view delivery through the eyes of the customer and internal stakeholders.

Professional credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of project/program management experience
  • Experience in delivering professional services is advantageous
  • Being PMP certified is advantageous.
