You collaborate with internal customers to plan requirements and guide projects through the whole project lifecycle. This covers project schedule management, risk identification, and properly communicating risks to project stakeholders. • Establish a governance system that promotes successful executive decision-making. Ascertain that the governance structure properly identifies and mitigates dependencies.
  • Seek and discover change management opportunities that will boost program velocity and have an impact on numerous teams. Use governance to guarantee that change management is used properly.
  • Define and manage a program portfolio that solves problems with high business impact for the company and product area.
