Position Description:

A product manager with knowledge of the market, customers, and users is desired by HireRight. To develop, build, and bring creative and distinctive B2B SaaS products and services to market from ideation to launch, they will work closely with a geographically dispersed product development group and forge deep ties throughout the business. The Product Manager will provide HireRight’s clients, many of the most creative and prosperous businesses in the world, with customer-focused products and services that boost productivity and shorten the time it takes to employ.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize defining and implementing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on the needs of the market, customers, regulators, and the business.
  • Drive all aspects of the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and marketing initiatives.
  • To achieve product/market fit, exhibit data-informed decision-making and a profound awareness of key business drivers and KPIs.
  • Engage in user research, design sprints, prototyping, usability testing, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis in collaboration with the user experience (UX) and product design teams.
  • Create a feedback loop with clients, users, and partners to learn about their problems and find new goods and services that satisfy their requirements and go above and beyond their expectations.
  • Prioritize features with engineering teams and produce requirements that can be implemented.
  • In order to enable the development of new goods, services, features, and enhancements, manage the product backlog and produce thorough user stories.
  • Find new market opportunities, create business cases, and submit them to top leadership for funding, sponsorship, and other considerations.
  • Work together on product positioning, pricing, and merchandising with the go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline is required, as is/is relevant job experience.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with large distributed and cross-functional teams Experience developing products from ideation through launch and go-to-market activities 5+ years of experience defining, building, and launching successful B2B SaaS products Experience overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements definition
