Position Description:

The Product Manager will play an important role in collaborating extensively with clients and cross-functional teams to successfully prioritize features and produce solutions that ensure the success of our customers. This person will be in charge of the product management of Accertify’s core platform, with an emphasis on machine learning and reporting capabilities.

Important Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist engineering and design in defining user stories, guiding product specification, and conducting user testing.
• Collaborate closely with the Accertify Decision Sciences team to find new trends that will aid in the strengthening of our machine learning models.
• Handling of a number of initiatives that are in line with our product strategy/roadmap.
• Collaboration among teams to launch goods and features, as well as post-launch management of in-market products.
• Doing competitive intelligence and market research to find and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Technical requirements and specifications are created.
• Working with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to build effective distribution strategies.
• Research, design, coordinate, and implement product strategy, aligning it with marketing activities, and ensuring that all operational teams are trained on new product offers and go-to-market strategies.
• Investigating new possible revenue streams.
• Maintaining accurate internal and external product documentation
• Keeping track of critical product KPIs and developing internal measuring dashboards
• Organizing and prioritizing the backlog of requests and suggestions
• Collaborate with clients and prospects to discover problems and show how our solution(s) can assist address them.

Minimum Requirements

• At least three years of product management expertise in B2B software development, such as SaaS solutions, is required.
• Extensive knowledge of bringing a B2B solution/product to market.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, as well as the ability to create and maintain good connections with clients and project stakeholders.
• Capability to collaborate with others and make complex decisions.
• Capable of working well with engineers, designers, and business partners.
• Writing Business Requirement Documentation in JIRA/Confluence is second nature to you.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management abilities.
• Extensive experience delivering material to groups of diverse sizes and ethnicities.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset, as well as a comfort level with ambiguity and quick change.
• Self-starter who is comfortable leading change and completing tasks.
• Able to travel less than 10% Experience with fraud/risk/e-commerce payments is preferred
