Position Description:

The primary focus of this opportunity will be Apple CoreOS Technology. This person will collaborate with the CSEs, Enterprise Readiness, and Product Engineering teams to provide support for iOS, macOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and watchOS issues.

Important Qualifications

• Know the fundamental technologies in the macOS and iOS platforms, such as authentication and authorization, directory service, installation and software update, device management, networking, and PKI.
• The ability to use command-line tools is required.
• It is preferable to be familiar with one or more scripting or programming languages.
• Capability to acquire data and solve complex challenges.
• Investigate and fix issues affecting Apple products in collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Readiness, and Software Engineering.
• Understand how items should function and be able to explain why they don’t.
• The ability to look beyond the query and identify the underlying need. Recognize when it is vital to address the genuine need rather than simply answering the inquiry.
• Exhibit exceptional communication abilities while adapting your communication approach to the audience.
• Lead and contribute to the continuous development of individuals and teams.
• Face obstacles in unknown territory and work toward a solution.
