Position Description:

You will be in charge of developing straightforward, considerate, and entertaining designs for Done’s web and mobile products in your capacity as a product designer. The ideal applicant will take full responsibility for projects and design thoughtful and natural experiences. You’ll create minimal viable products, come up with creative solutions to problems, and clearly express ideas to a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Work together to develop new features from idea through completion, including research, upkeep, polishing, and iteration.
• Recognize the user’s needs and assist them in locating suitable solutions, whether they are a patient, clinician, business stakeholder, or patient.
• Create and enhance internal tools and procedures to increase the speed of our product development.
• Work together with product managers and engineers to set priorities, create new features, discuss technical specs, and deliver specific design guidelines.
• To test new product concepts, create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• share in the success of our product and the satisfied patients and providers.
• Participate frequently in design critiques to get feedback and offer considerate criticism to others.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated equivalent experience in digital product design
• A love for problem-solving and designing user-friendly interfaces
• Have shipped or supported shipped projects; have experience with end-to-end product design.
• Experience with a variety of products and platforms, mobile applications, and healthcare knowledge are advantages.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating attention to detail, interaction design fundamentals, and visual design work
• Interaction design, user experience, or a similar topic bachelor’s or master’s degree
