Position Description:

This position focuses on preparing and operating various components, materials, and machines in a designated area, prioritizing safety in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate documentation, including batch records, check sheets, and logbooks.
• Set up fill rooms and perform sanitation of rooms and equipment, including overhead work.
• Ensure environmental excursions are maintained at acceptable levels.
• Stay updated with training and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and batch records.
• Communicate effectively with line personnel and supervision to meet manufacturing objectives.
• Foster a positive team environment and report all safety concerns to the Group Leader/Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Ability to make minor mechanical adjustments to machines.
• Self-motivated with an independent, problem-solving mindset.
• Capability to gown aseptically and maintain certification.
