Position as a hybrid $65,000-75,000 per year
Plymouth, Michigan is the location.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for assisting North American automakers with order processing and ensuring the order process runs smoothly. The following are examples of daily responsibilities:

• Schedules and ensures the proper use of the organization’s facilities.

• Work must be completed within strict deadlines.

• Consults with the manager and the engineering department to determine the most efficient pricing execution based on production design.

• Familiarity with a wide range of resins, injection molding concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Plan and achieve goals using extensive experience and judgment.

• Comply with all state and local regulations related to environmental policy.

• Coordinate the enhancement of S.O.P.s that provide precise information to perform a task correctly without or with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate with customers to address day-to-day issues and improve machine process reliability.

• Gather and present data to the manager.

• Attend the Weekly Production Meeting

• Carry out all other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Skills: Microsoft Office Order fulfillment Additional Skills & Qualifications:

A must-have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of one year of recent Automotive Supplier order entry/purchase order specialist experience is required.

• Understanding of relevant computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Internet,).
