Kelly Services has just teamed with our premier pharmaceutical manufacturer customer, Perrigo! The hiring manager is looking for someone who can assist in keeping track of orders that are submitted electronically and ensuring that the pricing matches their system.

There will be ~6 weeks of instruction from the person stepping out on leave, before you will be working and supporting the other two team members. This position would be ideal for an entry-level candidate searching for Summer employment or a more seasoned candidate looking to build their résumé.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares a range of reports to aid in managing assigned accounts including accessing and evaluating data from SAP or client systems, recognizing problems or trends, and presenting data in an efficient manner through summaries, graphs, or written reports
• Processes and records all customer purchase orders to ensure precise match
• Timely response to consumer inquiries

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Vlookups)
• Ability to become exceedingly adept and knowledgeable about client systems
• Strong analytical abilities are required, as well as accuracy, precision, and proofreading.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, oral and written skills
