Position Description:

We’re seeking an Associate Operations Supervisor for our night shift in Austin, TX, to support our exceptional teams. This role, reporting to the Operations Manager, involves daily staff supervision, overseeing projects and resources, and ensuring comprehensive development of personnel and operations projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for various product lines, aligning performance with regional/global business needs.
• Manage a team of higher-level nonexempt individuals, guiding complex daily activities.
• Handle hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development of team members.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and support for success.
• Deliver products and services that meet established performance metrics.
• Manage critical business process documents like Standard Operating Procedures and Business Scorecards.
• Lead meetings, Lean Sigma analyses, and focus on business improvement and process needs affecting multiple units/countries.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and internal partners.

Experience Required:

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations.
• A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
